Every Venusian treasure is crafted and packaged with intention. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Carrier: All orders ship via USPS.

Options: Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not shorten processing time; all orders require the same processing period before shipment.  

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Insurance: All packages are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Venusian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves the Venusian studio it is in the hands of the USPS.

✧ Repairs, Returns & Exchanges ✧

Repairs

Repairs for workmanship issues may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not offer ring re-sizing. Be sure to know your ring size before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

All collection pieces and sale items are final sale.

Premade Pieces: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for insured return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, worn, or missing components, it will be returned to the sender.

Refunds & Exchanges: You may choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange. Refunds are issued once the piece is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

How to Begin a Return

Email Venusianwear@gmail.com with your order number and request within the return window. Once approved, I’ll provide instructions to help you send your piece back safely.
